Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Major South African cities: 1–3 business days
- Regional and outlying areas: 2–5 business days

Shipping Costs
Delivery cost is R150 for standard delivery. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mei Scent cannot be held liable for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the claim and work towards a suitable resolution.
Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns Eligibility
You may return unused and unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product has not been used, damaged, or altered.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Used candles
- Opened reed diffusers
- Products that have been partially consumed or used
- Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with your order number and supporting photographs.
Once the issue has been verified, we may offer:

- A store credit

Refund Process
